Handling Systems
KVM produces complete handling systems and hardening systems consisting of transport and buffer systems to and from hardening areas. In addition, KVM offers different types of curing chambers, such as shelving systems, cassettes, scaffolding etc.
Efficient product handling as well as integrated logistics between dry and wet side are crucial to achieve high efficiency and low costs.
The flexible solutions can be adapted to both new and existing buildings.
Types
Forklift Handling System (TSC)
The TSC system is based on the use of forklifts to transport boards with products to and from the curing area. The system is simple, economical and flexible and ideal for smaller productions. It is often used by manufacturers who have limited space in existing buildings.
The system can also be used as a startup for first-time manufacturers. The TSC system can later be upgraded to a fully automatic handling system such as and Finger Car.
KFA Handling System
KFA Handling System has been developed to have a rational and simple production method. The plant is characterized by high operational reliability and low maintenance costs.
The KFA handling system ensures precise and easy handling of the products.
The entire system can be operated by a single operator, who has easy access to all system parts.

Finger Car System (FC)
The FC handling system is KVM's most versatile solution for the curing process. The system is based on a fully automatic Finger Car, which provides a very gentle handling of the products.
The Finger Car system picks up the boards with products from the elevator and transports them to the curing chamber. Boards with products are also transported back to the dry side. The system can be delivered with covered or insulated shelves to achieve optimal curing environment for the products. This provides more strength, less cement consumption and reduced curing time.
