KVM control system is based on more than 60 years of experience and in collaboration between KVM and our customers.   

The block machine's central PC is the key to the complete system. Everything from mixing and dosing systems, block machines, handling systems and pallets is operated centrally from the same PC and provides easy access to all relevant information for the entire system. Control panels and remote controls are located locally at the individual machines. 

The control system have been developed at KVM with a focus on making the operator's daily work as simple as possible. The user interface is as simple as possible and at the same time there is an underlying opportunity to freely change all production parameters. All variable machine settings are stored in recipes adapted to specific products. 

The control system stores all production data that can be used for production analyzes. 

All controllers have an Internet connection which provides access to KVM's 24/7 online service.
