Tamper Heads
A KVM Mould is individually adapted to the individual manufacturer of stones and tiles, and thus there is always a designed tamper head, which is adapted to your machine type.
The mould is equipped with bolted FlexLeg® tamper heads, which can be replaced individually in a few minutes. Our tamper heads are of course assembled without welds, and all can be mounted with the transport bracket FormStop®. For all types, our guarantee of 1,000,000 cycles on tamper heads.
Types
SuperTop®
Designed for KVM's own machines. Cast in vibration-resistant steel, and built up of standardized individual parts.
FlexTop®
Our most flexible tamper head, which can be adapted to most machine types. Built of standardized and thus replaceable individual parts.
FlatTop®
Our most affordable tamper head, which can be adapted to most known machine types. Due to the low profile of the tamper head, it is an extremely stable tamper head and at the same time particularly suitable for block moulds.
